The rules of the game, in plain language. By creating an account you accept these terms.
The service
Tendr is an artificial-intelligence sales assistant installed on WooCommerce stores through a plugin and managed from a web dashboard. It recommends products from the store’s catalogue, answers questions using the information the store publishes and helps the customer reach checkout.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
- We may suspend accounts that use the service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others or to sell prohibited products.
Plans, trial and licences
- Counter is free with no expiry date, within the limits shown on the pricing page.
- The Shop (Pro) trial requires a valid payment method, lasts 14 days and can be used once per account. When it ends, the subscription you chose (monthly or yearly) starts automatically and is charged, unless you cancel it beforehand from the dashboard; in that case nothing is charged and you stay on Counter. We email you a reminder before the first charge.
- Each licence covers a number of live stores. Test environments don’t count.
- Paid plans are purchased and cancelled from the dashboard. For any billing questions, write to [email protected].
- If a paid licence expires or is cancelled, the assistant keeps working with the free features.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tendr to deceive customers, to sell illegal products, to send unsolicited communications or to try to obtain data from other stores. Nor may you circumvent plan limits, modify the plugin to bypass the licence or attack the API.
About AI answers
The assistant answers using the information in your catalogue and your policies, and has rules not to make up prices, delivery times or discounts. Even so, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for making sure your store’s information is correct and for regularly reviewing conversations from the dashboard. The price, stock and costs that apply are always those of your checkout.
Data processing
With regard to the data of your store’s visitors, you are the controller and Tendr is the processor. Tendr processes that data only to provide the service and in accordance with your instructions, applies appropriate security measures, requires the same of its sub-processors (AI providers, hosting, email) and deletes the data when you disconnect the store or delete your account. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but interruptions may occur. The plugin keeps the licence for 7 days so your store isn’t affected if the API doesn’t respond; if the assistant were unable to reply, your store would keep working normally. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email in advance. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, unless the law grants the consumer a different jurisdiction.
